Great Yarmouth
Great Yarmouth, with a population of more than 90,000 people, is a historic seaport situated on Norfolk's east coast. The economy of the area is poised to expand rapidly as the £45.3 million new outer harbour, East Port, becomes fully operational.
Over the last 40 years the town has become Britain's second largest supplier of offshore energy as well as a centre for renewable energy, which includes Scroby Sands wind farm, which lies just off the coast. Great Yarmouth is also the third largest holiday resort in the country with a visitor spend of £349 million per annum on local goods and services.
Great Yarmouth is situated on the edge of the beautiful Broads and is a highly cost effective place in which to live.
