King's Lynn
King's Lynn and West Norfolk is a highly cost effective place to do business, with a low operating environment and excellent direct transport links. By rail, Central London is only 1 hour 40 minutes away and Cambridge just 47 minutes. The area has excellent road links to the Midlands and the North, easy access to Stansted and Norwich airports and a thriving port. 
King's Lynn and West Norfolk has a strong manufacturing and food processing base. The German manufacturing company, Palm Paper, has recently expanded its operations to create a new £300 million manufacturing plant; its' first in the UK. This is the UK's largest construction project, after the Olympic Games site.
There is an estimated £1 billion investment currently in the area, including a £50m town centre redevelopment in the historic town of King's Lynn attracting 50 new stores.
West Norfolk also has a stunning mix of seaside, countryside and heritage attractions and parts of the coastline are designated Areas of Outstanding Beauty.
